Napalm Death 's second full effort, From Enslavement to Obliteration in ways put the seal on what the band had done, with most of its members going off to pursue their own individual efforts soon thereafter, and as such is the perfect complement to Scum, showing the quartet both straining at the bit and honing its original approach to a T.9/

"From Enslavement To Obliteration" is an album that one can get into easily because the musical quality and production were way better than average for a grindcore act (old Napalm Death I mean). When "Harmony Corruption" came out with Mark "Barney" Greenway, I think that all of the songs and production were superb as well.

Oct 30,  · Oh yes, when Napalm Death once played straight up grindcore, they were one of the most original and demented bands out there. With material mostly written by drummer Mick Harris, "From Enslavement to Obliteration" is the second proper effort this ensemble recorded and it is hands down one of the finest grind albums ever made/5(48).
